USA Team Handball Men’s National Team to Join Prestigious Golden League Tournament in 2026

Colorado Springs, CO – October 6, 2025 – USA Team Handball (USATH) is proud to announce that the U.S. Men’s Senior National Team has been invited to compete in the prestigious Golden League during the March 16–22 IHF International Week. The Golden League is one of the most competitive handball tournaments in the world, bringing together elite national teams for a showcase of the sport at the highest level.

The U.S. Men’s National Team will face Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands—three of the world’s top-ranked teams and perennial powerhouses in international handball. This invitation marks a historic milestone for the U.S. program, providing an opportunity for American athletes to test themselves against the very best and to demonstrate the progress and ambition of U.S. handball on the global stage.
