Born in Abidjan, Cote D’ivoire but moved to Bronx, NY in 2007. Fofana grew up playing soccer for the majority of his teen years for traveling soccer clubs in New York like Manhattan Soccer Club & Downtown United Soccer Club. While on track to play Division 1 soccer Fofana tore his ACL his senior year & lost his scholarship eligibility. After a year of recovery he developed a passion for fitness & Acting. After graduating college & working as a high school counselor he decided to move to LA to continue his passion. Fofana wanted to continue his athletic journey & that’s how he found beach handball in 2021 & has been an active player ever since.
