After two years of limited competition opportunities due to the pandemic multiple U.S. national teams will be training and preparing for competition in the near future.  This training and participation is not fully funded and USA Team Handball invites you to support our National Team athletes as they compete around the globe. Your generosity will help cover expenses like team travel, training costs, and other athlete support related expenses. USA Team Handball is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible.

Here's a brief run down of what's ahead this year and what your generosity will help support:

  • Men's Indoor National Team:  In 2022, the U.S. Men will compete in the North American & Caribbean Handball Confederation (NACHC) Championships for qualification to the 2023 Men's Handball World championships.  Your contribution will be used to help fund travel and training camps for national team athletes.
  • Women's Indoor National Team:  2022 will be a rebuilding year for the Women's National Team and their new head coach, Edina Borsos.  A month European based training camp is planned to reset the program and get ready for the 2023 NACHC Championships and 2023 PANAM Games qualification.
  • Men's Beach Handball National Team: 2022 will be a very busy year for our Men's Beach Handball National Team.  In April they will travel to Mexico for the NACHC Championships and a chance to qualify for the IHF Beach Handball World Championships this June in Greece.  Then in July, the U.S. will participate in the beach handball competition at the World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.
  • Women's Beach Handball National Team:  2022 will be a very busy year for our Women's Beach Handball National Team.  In April they will travel to Mexico for the NACHC Championships and a chance to qualify for the IHF Beach Handball World Championships this June in Greece.  Then in July, the U.S. will participate in the beach handball competition at the World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.
  • Men's Development Teams: The U.S. Men's Youth and Jr National Team will participate in the NACHC IHF Trophy competition later this year.  If they win this competition they will qualify for the 2024 IHF Youth and Jr World Championships
