Played football, basketball, and baseball growing up in Minnesota…Started his handball career at the U.S. Air Force Academy after attending a walk-on tryout for the football team and getting encouraged to transfer his skillset to the sport of handball…Graduated in 2015 and his first assignment on active duty was Los Angeles AFB where he continued training as a member of the USA Beach and Indoor National teams…Was selected for the Air Force World Class Athlete Program (WCAP) in 2018, which allowed him to train full time for the U.S. handball team…Played for the German club, TSV Bayer Dormagen during the 2018-2019 season…Is playing for Abanca Ademar León in the Spanish Asobal (first division) league and in the EHF Cup during the 2019-2020 season…Hobbies include spending time with friends, coaching basketball, surfing, snowboarding, and activities with his church…Is the oldest of his siblings…Enjoys spending time with his family in Minnesota on the lake during the holidays and the summer.
