USA Team Handball Opens Search for Manager, Media & Brand Development
USA Team Handball is seeking a Manager, Media & Brand Development to join the organization during an important period of growth for team handball in the United States.
As the National Governing Body for team handball in the United States, USATH supports U.S. National Teams, domestic competition, club and grassroots development, and the continued growth of the sport leading into the LA28 Olympic Games and beyond.
The Manager, Media & Brand Development will have substantial creative input into how USA Team Handball presents itself during that journey.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, creative, and execution-focused—and who is excited by the opportunity not simply to maintain an existing communications operation, but to help build the systems, standards, and identity of a growing Olympic sport brand.
The position will coordinate USA Team Handball's social and digital media, brand presentation, streaming and event media, recurring marketing materials, and partner-facing content.
The successful candidate will work across National Team programs, competitions, sponsors, membership initiatives, fundraising, and major organizational announcements while helping establish repeatable systems for how USATH creates, coordinates, distributes, and archives content.
This is both a creative and organizational role. We are looking for someone capable of developing strong public-facing work while also coordinating people, platforms, deadlines, vendors, contributors, and event operations.
Candidates should have at least three years of relevant professional experience in social media, digital content, marketing, communications, brand management, broadcast production, event media, sport business, or a related field.
Experience within sports is welcomed but not required. Knowledge of handball is a plus; the ability and desire to quickly learn and accurately present the sport is essential.
