Freed has made her life about softball after he mom coached her and her sister during a recreation league as children. One of the most versatile players on the 2004 team, Freed could pitch, hit and field. It is the big games, competition and the Little League fans in the stands that inspire Freed to play. “The sacrifices and all the hard work over the years has made me become the person I am today,” Freed said.
