The development camps at the United States Coast Guard Academy on the Thames River in New London, Conn., under the direction of Radcliffe’s lightweight women’s novice coach Eric Catalano. The athletes will race in early July at the Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia, Pa., and in late July at the USRowing Club National Championships in Camden, N.J.
